Fruit Cake, even though I know many speak out against it. I think it's delicious and very unique.

I have never had a fruit cake before... Besides fruit, what does the fruit cake consist of?

Since I moved into my own home years ago, I have made Crock-Pot lasagna kind-of like a ritual. However, my roommates refuse to consume because I use mozzarella and cottage cheese instead of ricotta.

I like Christmas desserts. People always make different goodies and I like trying them. But I especially like sweets with chocolate.

Chocolate-covered pretzel rods! Yep! A little salty and a little sweet!

I am not sure about this upcoming Christmas.

Should I prepare the usual Crock-Pot homemade lasagna? Such dish should be soft enough to chew. Not sure.

What about homemade Crock-Pot vegetable soup?

I am going to be away for the Christmas season, so I don't know how I am going to prepare food. Lug my Crock-Pot with myself?

What would you do?

That sounds great! My kids have one major complaint about my cooking. "My mom never makes lasagna!" I haven't. I've always eaten someone else's. But if I never knew you could make it in a crockpot. I'm willing to try.
