I prepared pepperoni pizza chili in the Crock-Pot.

A roommate really liked it which was an accomplishment!

I had an unsweetened iced tea with lemon to drink.

For dinner, I had air fryer russets with buttermilk ranch dressing and a seltzer!

I think it will be boiled fish. I didn't prepare it for longer time.

I had a late lunch and early dinner consisting of a cheeseburger on white with Miracle Whip, a small bowl of leftover chili with saltines, and a diet Dr. Pepper.

I have already cooked curry ( potato and spinach curry) for my dinner. I just have to make chapati. Even the dough is ready and sitting in fridge. I want to have a relaxed afternoon and evening.

I fried eggs and mushrooms with sauteed salad greens in vegetable oil. The dish was delicious! I wanted another serving but a roommate reminded me of my new lifestyle!

I can have 1 more Slim Fast shake for today.
