I just got a text message from a friend asking me if I'd bought my tickets for next weekend's cultural festival. It's a very exciting annual event hosted by Orang, where people come together to celebrate Botswana culture, music, dance, food, games and fashion, among others. I have no intention of missing it, in part because I want to do a piece for my blog.

Earlier today I received a text from someone we were meant to be meeting and interviewing for a feature piece on our blog. This lady has been giving us the run around for 3 consecutive weeks, yet they're the ones who approached us. For the third time she's cancelled on us. I've given up on this ever happening. Some people are just too unprofessional for me to wrap my head around.
