I'm right there with you, I typically have at least one cup of coffee a day, if I'm good about it, it is usually in the morning otherwise early afternoon.

I mostly drink decaf coffee now, usually 2 mugs of decaf per day, I really enjoy it even though it doesn't give the caffeine kick of normal coffee. I have one or two cups of normal coffee per week, usually on the weekends.

I prefer tea more but my tea is with milk, sugar and tea leaves and many says its not good to have sugar in tea and even milk so I am thinking if I should stop or continue lol

Buy a sweetener. There are many on the market. Just do some research to find out what you would like.

the regular creamers are bad for me.. i do a combo of almond milk
and sugar.. my belly feels better after.. i love creamers.. t he taste..
but then my belly does not feel so good after.. lol
