Sleeping is very healthy,actually taking a nap every day for like 30-45 minutes is recommendable. Taking a nap refreshes your mind and reduces stress to some extent. For the ladies,I would suggest you ought to sleep for very long hours,I read some article saying,when a lady sleep a lot she tend to become more beautiful but am not sure of this.
