Travel Video Watch => White Desert Odyssey: From Rann to Dholavira

Postby ptrikha21 » 19 Apr 2026, 11:42

So I saw this video of the channel : "Visa2Explore" after a long time.

This time, the host describes a comprehensive travel journey through the Western Indian state Gujarat’s "Rann of Kutch", focusing on the unique experience of visiting the "white salt desert" during a full moon.

The narrator explores the Tent City in Dhordo, detailing local accommodations, traditional Gujarati cuisine, and various regional crafts like
Lippan art
Ajrakh printing
copper bell making.

Key landmarks are featured, like the "Magnetic Hill" optical illusion, the panoramic views from "Kalo Dungar", and the scenic "Road to Heaven".

We also see the "Dholavira UNESCO World Heritage site", highlighting the advanced urban planning and water management of the Ancient Harappan civilization.

Then the host also shows us a "fossil park" containing prehistoric wood and a sunset viewing near the India-Pakistan border.
