Speak no evil

Postby sweerie_banana » 18 Sep 2024, 10:15

Hi, this made me want to say NO. You should never be ashamed to say NO.

I wish when they left the first time, they never turned back. I loved Abel, I can't believe he was murdered.

I really like what you said. Saying no is neither a mistake nor a weakness. Many people are afraid to say no for fear of hurting others or appearing bad. But saying no is part of protecting yourself and respecting your boundaries.

I have found myself saying yes to things I didn't really want. Later I regretted it and felt bad about myself. When I started saying no honestly, I felt more free. Not everyone will like it but it's important to know that you have the right to say what you want.

Don't be ashamed to say no even if others don't understand. It's your basic right. If you learn to say no gently but firmly, you will build respect and inner peace. I'm still learning but I'm gaining confidence.
