Their characters' full details haven't been disclosed, but one is meant to be a love interest, while the other is a femme fatale, likely a villain. Additionally, one of these Bond Girls will be a long-term character, appearing in more than one movie, which is a departure from the past Bond Girls where they were often one-hit wonders.

I don't see Sydney as action girl. Maybe some scientist or lady who need be saved, but not any actions skills for fight or guns.
