Watching movies becomes a part of our life. I have watched many movies in theatres & in TV.
This is about the first movie you watched in theatre that was in your younger days .
I remember the first movie I watched with my parents was 'VARUVAAN VADIVELAN'
I think it was released in 1978 . It was an Indian movie of Tamil language.

There is no way I could think back far enough to remember the very first movie I ever watched. We had television to watch from my earliest life and mom almost considered the TV as a babysitter when she was busy. We only had 2 channels to fight over but we usually just watched whatever was the better choice.

We also had a nice local movie theater that had first run movies every day. It was not an everyday thing for us, but we did go there quite often as a family.

The first movie at the theater that I recall was the Sound Of Music. That was sometime in the 1960s. My parents were looking forward to it but I recall I just did not want to go. It somehow sounded boring to me and I fought them about going. They had to just about force me to get in the car to go.

We went on in and I found I actually enjoyed it, a lot! I remember being upset that it finally came to an end as in "Is That All There IS?" Seems I enjoyed it more than any of my brothers.

I have enjoyed watching it several times since then. Gets my recommendation.

Sound of music is still in top movies & must watch list .
I remember in India also there was only two channel options.
We can't say in words how we enjoyed theatre & TV in those days.

No i can't remember the first movie i watched though cause i was still a kid when i started watching movies.

It is very difficult to recall as my first movie, because I started watching movies with my uncle when I was in very early age. I remember that I watch the movie without ticket and the name of the movie was "Tiger Gang" when I went to watch third time, Cinema people started taking my ticket.

I remember my first movie was tiger gang. I saw this movie when I was in my early age and my ticket was free. I went cinema to watch this movie with my uncle and when I repeat this third time people concern with cinema recognized me and ask me to pay for ticket from next time.
