by Playboy Magazine is know for having nude pictures of popular female celebrities. Many people assume it is a porn magazine because the women have no clothes but there is difference between nudity and nakedness. Nudity art while nakedness is porn. If you read the articles about the women who posed for Playboy the article is not scandalous. The women are talking about their aspirations and goals. In 2015 Playboy stopped showing nude pictures and attempted to be PG13 but in 2017 they go back to nudes after lost of sales.
What I I want to talk about though are the short stories in playboy and novels in playboy. If you read them you will be shocked, they are not sexual. Sexual stories is more of a penthouse thing. A lot of stories in Playboy are so Good they became movies.
The examples are:
1. James Bond= I mean he is literally a Playboy so its no shocked this British Spy started with this Magazine
2.Duel- This became the first movie of the legendary director Steven Spielberg.
3.The Best Little Wh***house Texas is a movie that proves Dolly Parton is more than a singer Song writer. She had shown her acting chops in this movie and its the Origin of the "legendary song" I will always love you. It is eventually covered by Whitney Houston.
4.Stargate- this 90s science fiction movie was a short story in Playboy first.
