(It is kinda like how parents often tell their children that their dead pets "were sent to a farm upstate." It's basically just a way to tell the kids their pet is 'gone forever and happy' (like we all will be one day)
It of course echoes 'the fate of Agent Coulson (in MARVEL'S THE AVENGERS ... except he died AND went to Tahiti (or was that T.A.H.I.T.I., at an undisclosed location?))

Maybe that'll be a euphemism for 'when a show loses a character because the actor who portrayed them passes away'---the show will have to have the character "move to Tahiti"; eh?
