I already discuss how scientifically inaccurate the portrayal of Dinosaurs are in Hollywood movies. Well now Hollywood is wrong again when they make historical movies set in Ancient Rome and Greece.



In movies Ancient Roman and Greek statues are white because its what Archeologists found but these Ancient statues are not white!!
They became white because their paint faded after thousands of years.



They are originally colorful!!! But after centuries and a thousand years all the paint faded. And People thought they are originally white because they didn't see what they look like a Millennium ago.

There is to much errors in their movies. They simply do that beucause audience don't understand history enough. After movies with colorful statues, people would say movie is bad and rating would be bad. Why? Because of most of them don't know this facts.

Ancient Greece and Roman empire are more colorful than the Marble white Hollywood potrays them.

Things become distorted because of perceptions, and well, when it is a talk about things of Thousands of years ago, differences become even more enhanced.
