Yeah yeah. My point is Angela Baett should have shown more grace and dignity.

Black Panther didn't get all of the awards it was nominated for.

Everything, Everywhere, All at Once didn't get all of the awards it was nominated for.

There can only be one winner. Deal with it!

(By the way, I referenced Jaimie Lee Curtis because when she was accepting her award, Angela Bassett had such a scowl on her face. I think she was angry for a while, but they just happened to put the camera on her at that moment.)

Yes! I saw that. Her acceptance speech did not surprise me because I can imagine her being told when she was a younger actress that she would probably never win an award. I can believe that because frankly, I never thought she was that impressive. I grew up with actresses like Bette Davis and Elizabeth Taylor. Demi Moore is not in their league. It's not an insult. It's just a fact. Demi doesn't even measure up to Meryl Streep.

Yeah yeah. Everybody can beat me up for saying it but I'm not taking it back.

Wicked fans thinks that Cynthia Erivo deserves the Best Actress award more. And they think that Ariana Grande deserves the Best Supporting Actress award more. They cannot accept the... It's now Wicked Cut because it's the best picture but none of the actresses won an acting award..

But DemiMore's role in substance, I think it's more hard. Because, come on, you look like DemiMore and you have to act like you're very insecure about your looks because you're Aging But the biggest challenge is when she transforms into a monster. Because this is the first time DemiMore agreed to have disgusting prosthetics attached around her body. And when she becomes a monster, it's really the most challenging physical role she ever did. Maybe even harder than what she did at G.I. Jane.

The story plot sounds so interesting. I must watch it. It would be interesting to see how the conscience switches between the two body. I feel that if I switch to my younger body, I will still be my current age in my conscience. I have forgotten how is it to be young at mind and thoughts. I can't believe how carefree I was. My current mature mind in my young body would be an awesome combination.

In the world of substance, You have to make sure you will switch body right in schedule or you will melt and decay.

@cmoneyspinner. That has been an eternal wish of human beings for generations.
@Netherrealmer. That's interesting. It would be exciting to keep watching for the consequences throughout the movie. I am sure that the filmakers would have created few opportunities in the movie for the audience to keep biting their nails thinking about the consequence.

Sounds interesting, am curious to know the kind of consequences that might occur if she does not switch bodies on time.

Although I have to admit that I have not yet seen the movie "The Substance", however reading the plot I find some similarity with a movie from 1992 with Meryl Streep, Goldie Hawn entitled "Death Becomes Her" (obviously that I'm not talking about a remake). Does anyone think about the same as me?
However I admit that I could also be completely proven wrong.
