Mostly I see movies in my native language and secondly I see English movies, other than these two languages I don't understand so I do not see movies in these languages.

I like foreign movies or TV series with subtitles. Recently, I found myself more obsessed with Kdramas. I am currently watching the Uncanny Counter on Netflix.

Watching movies in languages other than your native language can be a great way to explore different cultures, improve language skills, and enjoy a diverse range of cinematic experiences. It can also be a fun way to learn about colloquial language and local customs. To enhance your experience, you can use subtitles in your native language or the language you're learning. This can help you follow the story while improving your language skills.

I would prefer to watch movies with subtitles rather than they're being dubbed for it's easy for me to catch up the actor's conversation or dialogues.

I only watch movies in English. If it's a foreign movie, then I prefer it dubbed because I find sub-titles get in the way. Instead of focusing on the movie, I'm busy reading the translation and missing half the content.

Lol i understand your point but with time you would actually be used to it, there are so many non English movies you are missing out on.

I can handle watching movies from different countries. As long as subtitles are possible, it would be fine for me.

I have a hard enough time understanding the ones that are in English, so no I don't watch any other language movies. Even if they have subtitles they distract me so I miss what's going on.

My native language is Urdu but usually I watch movies in English, and enjoy it because I feel as they work much more hard to make a movie, there is no comparison between these two languages movies.

Since you speak and write English language, I think it's a lot easier for you to watch movies in English even if it is not your mother tongue.

Majority of them tend to have awesome storylines even better than the English movies most times.

Yes, in fact, Korean dramas or K-dramas, as known to the aficionados, are a popular genre that has gripping storylines and can beat many English counterparts

I watched them in dub now because dubbing has improved lately because they use AI. The mouth animation now matches with the voice acting.
