One of the best shows. With Wire I think is on top of the list about drugs.

Netflix has quite a few Kdramas dubbed in English. Sometimes late at night if I'm watching a K-drama, I will switch to English dub because my eyes are tired of reading the subtitles. It's a neat feature!

It's funny. I always watched Chinese dramas dubbed in English. They were always available dubbed and I never even thought about watching them in Chinese.

But now I don't watch any Asian content other than Korean. They have taken over my life.

This is Turkish series about submarine and world catastrophy. It have SF elements with action and drama.

Usually Turkish series are soap about family problems, cheating and old house rules, religion. This was refreshing on their market.

I have watched that Al Rabwi School for Girls show and I have to confess that it tells true stories of what girls in conservative societies like mine face in terms of pressure to conform to unrealistic societal expectations. Must watch for everyone regardless.

I have a policy of not being put off by the fact that a film is not in English, my preferred language for movies. Provided that the movie is sufficiently interesting, I do not mind making use of the associated subtitles in watching it.

Given the multiple number of major Languages in the world, I believe that a person who opts to only watch English-language movies' is doing herself a great disservice.

@germainebull I subscribe to Viki which is a popular streaming platform for Asian entertainment. I can tell it's popular on a global scale because they offer subtitles in about 12 different languages.

This Kdrama was so good I watched and then rewatched certain episodes several times. I watched it in English and Korean. The scene I really liked was when the rich guy got into a fistfight with the jerk who was screwing his wife. I was like: KICK HIS BUTT!!

Did you see the way the husband stood there with his fists clenched and ready to swing?
Hey! Just because you're a rich guy doesn't mean you can't fight! I love the scene.
