And that is the bottom line. And everybody has different health requirements. And everybody is not going to be the same size and weigh the same. Laila Ali is never going to be a Size 2 and neither will I ever be a Size 2. I'm a big woman! But I don't believe I should not intentionally try to make myself bigger and bigger and bigger and justify it by saying: Big is Beautiful or Big Girls Rock! It's foolishness.
