I'm against death penalty, the villain can either repent or be useful for testing.
If they're so dangerous they can escape, I guess killing is an option. Cutting their head off too if needed.

It will depend with the crime of the villain, if the villain is a murderer then they also deserve to die but if they are thieves I will arrest them.

If i were a super hero, yes i would kill all the villians because they are alike leopards who never change its spots. Bad guys will never be goods guys because they are full of vengeances and hatred plus jealousy. They cannot accept that what they do are wrong. They are stubborn and full of evil plans

I would kill. Taking villians to jail is creating more drama. They don't come back reformed, instead they come back angrier and at times join forces against you. So better to justbremove the villian completely. It also makes you extra feared

I will punish the villains according to the circumstances.
1) Whose survival may be necessary for some improvement etc., or they may be of some use, then it is ok to imprison them.
2) It is not right to give opportunities to those who are harmful to the society.
3 Those who kill only bad people are not villains to me.

It depends on which ones. If they were like Joker, Carnage, etc, they are straight up dead. But, if they were people that have a chance at redemption, then I would do my best to help them redeem themselves.

I think that I would send them to jail but if they came back after that I would have to kill them. Like I wouldn't be able to have them keep coming after me for revenge, I don't think you should just give them chance after chance after chance to come for you the way Batman and Robin did. You only get 1 second chance when it comes to attacking me. If I give you a chance to reform yourself and go straight and you turn right around and come after me again, that means you used up your only 2nd chance and I will make it so you can't come after me again. I guess that would make me a Batman/Wonder Woman combo, but more heavily on the Wonder Woman side than Batman.

I just realized that majority of Suicide Squad Members are Batman villains. So his way of rehabilitation is put bombs inside their brain and force them to become superheroes.

Since I support human rights, I would just arrest the bad guys. Even if they are mutants or whatever creatures they are, they still deserve to live and turn to a new leaf. That is what Superman would do if I portrayed him in my dreamland.
