There is a very well known movie "Appu Raja". The movie was dubbed in various local Indian languages. The veteran actor, Kamal Hassan, played three characters in the same movie. He played the roles of father and his two sons, one being dwarf. And not only the make up and cosmetics did wonders, it was the acting that made the three characters in the same story stand out. Kamal Hassan is known for his methodical acting.
