Says who? For one thing it would depend on your starting point. If you don't start out in poverty then you're not poor when you get married, even if you marry young. And why would getting married make you poorer? Living with another person isn't more expensive than living alone. Actually, it's often cheaper because you can pool your resources.

Dude, I'm not trying to "ruin your reputation" at all I'm sorry I hurt your feelings. I reply to threads that interest me, some are yours, some aren't. You make a lot of sweeping statements that I disagree with, so I say so, or ask for clarification.

I kept disagreeing with your saying that teen parents grow up to be rapists and serial killers, in particular, because I think that's quite a nasty thing to say without proof. It puts unfair stigma on those people. I know teenage parents who are perfectly lovely and certainly don't abuse their children, and I think their kids will grow up just fine. I also know people whose parents were teenagers who aren't any sort of criminal. It seems like a prejudice on your part. That's why I disagreed. You're free to keep saying it if you want, I just think it isn't nice.

That makes sense. You could have just said that before. What I was wondering was why you thought marriage was the cause of it? That's not how it works in my experience, so is it different where you are? Why does it cost more to live as a married person? You don't have to answer of course, I was just trying to understand. You said it like it was a fact without explaining the reason and that is confusing.

Countries with legal abortion have lesser crime rate since there is less teenage mothers. You may say you meet teenage parents who ends up as good parents but you live in a country with universal health care and small population. teen parents in high population countries have it harder.

I'm sure teen parents in high populations do have it harder. I'm not sure it follows about legal abortion though, because there are other factors at play. Countries where abortion is legal tend to be less religious, and wealthier, and have different rates of education. All of those things also probably affect the crime rate.

As to most bios of serial killers saying that, I'm just not sure it's true. That could just be confirmation bias on your part, where you remember the cases that fit your belief and forget the ones that don't. And that's just serial killers. You also said rapists. Rapists definitely come from all walks of life, and all sorts of families. Rapists aren't just people who grew up in poverty. Look at Trump, for one.

Early marriage is good in that you grow with your kids and are able to make money for them while you still have strength. You and your partner just needs to have a source of income and a growth mentality.

But I don't really think there is a huge part on ladies compared to guys because guys carries most of the burden but 25 years of age isn't bad for a day to get married.
