If I get it correctly then I think you want to buy a Youtube channel as per the requirements (minimum ) you have mentioned. As far as I know, it is against the TOS of Youtube and Google to buy and sell Youtube accounts and channels, and why do you even want to buy a Youtube channel when you can create your own within few minutes. No doubt, it will take some time and efforts to get good number of susbcribers but subscribers got with your efforts will be better and genuine compared to subscribers of some Youtube channel you buy from internet. Most of the time, subscribers that come along with a Youtube channel ( which you buy) are just fake and bots, and even if they are real they are not going to stay for long as they are paid to subscribe for some time and then they are free to go. Same is the case with views.

I don't think that people can purchase Youtube channels, and if people have subscribed to a channel, they have done so because the previous owner has built it up, and subscribers are there for the person who makes the videos. I don't know how you will be able to continue the channel once you buy it in any event.

I think what @bharatsharma08 has told is absolutely right. We can easily create a YouTube channel and it is even more easy to get a Adsense account for your YouTube account. When why we should spend money in buying a channel and it is also against ToS.

The biggest problem for anyone even considering this offer, is the only way to transfer a YouTube Channel from one person to the buyer is to give them the username (tied to a Gmail account) and password to them so they can run the account as YOU. Since they are obviously trying to accomplish something outside the rules, I sure don't want them using my reputation and identity to to do it.

That is going to difficult to do. That is like exchanging the youtube channel with someone else which is probably against the rules. Besides if someone turns over complete access it would be like impersonating someone else which again is not a good thing to do.

Yes, but depending upon what sort of channel it is, the new person could not run the account as the other person, unless the old account holder was still making the actual videos lol.

Shouldn't be too hard to make videos in the same niche, or buy them on Fiverr since he is into spending.

I don't think is possible technically speaking. Who will give to someone the right to use the personal email and the password, since to join YouTube account it is used the email and the password. I would not do this. :)

There are few things to be considerd, number 1, its against the TOS of YouTube. Number 2, the Owner of actuall youtube account will have to give everything associated to his GMAIL account (thats assodicated with YouTube) it might include many things like Adsense, Blogger, or any of other website account that he have given that email. Number 3. the subscribers as someone above mentioned, Subscribers subscribed for content the real owner made, even if he sells to you, You'll loose those subscribers unless you make exect same type of video previous owner made!

It depends on what the niche is, and whether or not the original channel owner shows their face in their videos or not.
