It seems like another scam site. There's no other detail aside from referring members. Another thing is there's no proof of payment. It is better to do some research before you join there. It's a waste of time if youre not sure it.

I am not really understanding. An email safe list and 25 cents per referral? Not sure where this $15 comes into play. The first 2 pages on a Google search were enough for me to lose interest. Untrustworthy and someone else is calling the owner of the site a scammer I guess.

No offense but this is really smells fishy to me. You need to get refs in order to earn and then what? I don't understand we recruit and make people sign on something they can't actually use. You can't fish some refs from us here pal. Sorry but i'm not convince to do this. Plus, you need to provide your own proof that it's legit.
