I'm sorry to hear that GPT isn't good opportunity for you. GPT works best for people from 1st tier country, but sometimes people from other tiers got few good offer too. For me, sometimes i can get $1 + /day just for completing survey.

you don't need 15 annual cash out to eligible for paypal payment. You only need 15 manual cash out (now is 10 manual cash out) to eligible for instant paypal payment. Before that, paypal payment will be sent manually (within 72 hours, usually only take few hours).

Hmm even still, it doesn't sit well with me. I mean it's a bit of a moot point anyway because I never seem to qualify for much when it comes to these types of sites. Oh well, you win some, you lose some; it's just the way the cookie crumbles I guess.
