I noticed they have a level system. How does it work and what do we get with higher level?
How do I earn by referring people? Do I get a % of their earning or an amount for referring them?

No I don't think there's a conection between these apps. You earn 2 cents for every app they instal. The level system is primarily for qualiying you for the daily bonus points, the more levels you have the more you'll earn daily... And you need to reach level 20 to have your referral code!
