Actually 1k per hour is not that a lot. Coinpole can give around 50 satoshi every 5 min. If per hour can get 3k. And can withdraw after reach 2k satoshi. If interested you can join it here :

I think there is no payment proof after all.There is a little bit too much 1000 satoshis per hour.Especially now ,when the Bitcoin's price is so high.It was couple of years ago,when you could earn 1000 satoshis per hour.Now usually offer 100 satoshis per hour.

1000 per hour is too much, but its possible if they want to. They most likely know its possible that is why they put it that way. I was just checking now and it seems like some people did actually got paid at that rate.
