Description: The Republic Of Notion is a General Discussion forum with a twist, based off the now dead forum 'Republic Of Voices' that sadly went offline because the Administrator seemed to have lost interest in the forum. Republic Of Notion aims to empower the community by allowing the members to bring change or add something new to the forum by submitting a proposal. Once your proposal has been approved (If it's a plugin, it needs to be checked for security reasons), your proposal will go into the proposal forum and members will be able to vote either for or against it, once ten for or against votes have been reached the change will be made. The change can be anything such as a new category, a new forum, a new usergroup, new smilies, a new plugin to many other things.
