Thanks for posting your ad on ForumCoin cmoneyspinner, I love ginger and am always attracted to any dish or drink with ginger in it. I hadn't heard of blue ginger before, must look out for that.

Ginger is great for stomach upsets. I usually have a little root ginger in my cupboard. I hadn't heard of blue ginger though so I'm not sure it is sold here.

Edit: I just googled it and although it doesn't appear to be sold in our stores there are indo-asian restaurants that use it in their menus.

Never heard of blue ginger. We add ginger in many of our dishes including while preserving certain fruit juices.

My Japanese friend is the one who introduced me to using ginger in my cooking. I told her I was trying to cook Asian food but it always felt like it was "missing something". She said I probably wasn't using ginger. First dish I made using ginger and the difference in the taste was amazing!! Later on, my husband developed a heart condition and that was when we figured out we could use ginger to make tea. The health benefits of ginger are miraculous! I'm not exaggerating. Now I discover there is such a food seasoning known as blue ginger and I'm like: It just keeps getting better!

Who can forget ginger/garlic paste. This I use while preparing certain salads and also adding it to some chicken dishes.
