I had this installed on my computer for a month and never earned a penny but I have no idea why as other people seem to do well with it. I did contact Honeygain and ask them about it but they couldn't work it out either. In the end I asked them to delete it as you can't do it yourself.

Don't be put off by my experience people as I have read it works for some, just not for me and it's a great way to earn passively.

It's the third year I'm using honeygain and even if it's crumbs (more or less 1,5 dollars per month in spite of having 22 referrals -the majority inactive, surely-), that amount is earned while doing nothing. Last year I received my first payment.

You normally have to click on a referral link to get the $5 I think. The first time joined I didn't do that and didn't get the $5 plus I didn't earn anything. I joined the second time under a referral link and got the $5 plus I'm earning quite well. The problem with honeygain is you can't delete your own account, you have to get them to do it. When I later tried to rejoin it showed "Account suspended" but they do let you join under a different email which is linked to your paypal account.
