I don't get weekly interest. Part of users don't get it but they can't find reason. I still collect coins there since I can transfer it to freebitco without fee.

I did but I don't get it. I send support ticket to them and they responded how they search solution to enable to everybody.

Go to your account settings page, toggle the "Enable Interest" switch and save your settings.
