Thanks for sharing one of the projects you are locked onto @Cedric, could you share what inspired you to enter the forum industry and what makes you unique in the online world looking at so many people searching for information that can make them acquire better skills and earn good money online? The Gap that over 90 percent of the forums have not been able to bridge is attracting quality people and partners that can enhance ad revenue and more especially in-house and in turn, have more opportunities in the online space.

Thinking outside the box, if you can attract partners and advertisers who will have an open policy to empower entrepreneurs then you are going to start with a huge bang. The other thing I have noticed is that there has never been an opportunity to integrate sort of like Graduate Trainees in forums for lack of a better term. A forum is a very huge company that seeks to achieve three areas namely;
(1)product and service
(2)sales and marketing
(3)administration and finance
If you look around you will realize that everything successful revolves around those three key areas mentioned above. If you already have a good reputation and you have done some great things for yourself then even a total of a hundred quality people may follow you to help you build an empire in exchange for a good word (recommendation) and connection on LinkedIn and Facebook or please just whatever you think can entice those people genuinely to come on board. You can split those people around your forum and assign others supervisory roles through creating an organizational structure even if it is a temporally one. I assure you that in a short period, you are going to build something great.

In my persoanl capacity i would like to give a Grant or concessional loan totalling $500 in June to tier-three online entrepreneurs as long as I have a good recovery plan and quality and compliance checklist. It may not be much but it is a good start.
