I have a spare server lying around. The server is hosted in Shepton Mallet, UK, and has the following spec:
Specs:
4GB of RAM
3.2Ghz Xeon Processor
500GB HDD Space
and unlimited bandwidth
Some of the games I offer:
Killing Floor
Minecraft (Vanilla or Modded, Modded requires your files to be sent to me via skype)
Counter-Strike Series
Terraria
Just Cause 2
Team Fortress 2
TeamSpeak can be added for a low extra cost.

Pricing:
Pricing can be determined via Skype. It depends on the game and the requirements of the dedicated server. I will also add TeamSpeak for an extra 20% a month, unlimited slots. It would be a monthly fee or a cheaper upfront fee. I'll set everything up for you and then you will send the ForumCoin, to which I will maintain the server.
