Backlinking service

Anyone doing backlinking service here.
I have a parenting blog with Domain Authority of 16.
If you can provide dofollow backlink from 40 plus DA site, I will pay 40 FC per link. The backlink should come from anchor text from parenting related website.
The backlink should be permanent.
