It kinda is. Sometimes they lie about too much traffic and make you pay more credit, you ust have to wait if it happens.
It is a veryegit tol for the rest,offering 500 credits each 50 videos. But as I said above it's not good to get views on monetized videos, just a bit of a ranker helper and then once you get your 100+ views for a video you can monetize it and spread it on something like Reddit.
