Botted is when they use fake followers/generated accounts that aren't active/live.

I've been asking around all forums that are more related to the subject, but they only have cool names that cost a bunch. I need bulk for low price.
There's even Buyaccs, but the lowest price is 4$ for 25 accounts and lower(the price doesn't change if you want less) and only have 2$ BTC now lol....
