The Amazon Gift card can only be used on Amazon.com and not any other "local" Amazon sites meaning you are basically restricting your offer to members from the US.

If you got this gift card from a site that offers various giftcards, it might be better to advertise a gift card of a certain value from any one of a list or companies/sites and then allow the users to choose which one and then you can claim that card from the site.
