exectly i want someone purchase a domain on godaddy for me , reasons that i can't purchase it with 0.99$ coupon ,

I'm not exactly sure about the specific details, but I do know that every coupon is different and godaddy runs several different coupons. Sometimes, there is a limit on the number of domain purchases too.

I should add that I personally prefer Namecheap as a registrar. They're quite reliable, and worth the extra cost.
