Lol, your reputation and your account age has also a little to do with anything.

I am recommending an escrow to any member who wants to apply for this job, and if you mean business for serious, escrow your funds and you won't have a problem finding a lots of workers for your project.

The members in this forum find an owner to be very reliable, and personally no pro would go headlong into any work without the safe middle ground.

As long as you have coins to fund your venue, people will apply, and this sounds as a reasonably the easiest way to achieve that.
Like I said, it is only my opinion and I am sure your offer will draw some attention from the people who would love to apply.

I think this kind of job solving captcha are waste of time. you got banned from website before you earn your first dollar if you made some mistakes in solving captcha.

I wouldn't recommend this. I did it for a while and the earnings are tiny plus you need to be really quick as you are on a timer and the captchas are often illegible. I kept timing out and actually found it quite stressful. You could try it because you might be better at it than I was.

Since the OP didn't answer, I will make a guess:

It's for automated data scraping or massive posting for softwares like GSA SER and Scrapebox. It's similar to the system used by DeathbyCaptcha or 2Captcha. Since there's no easy way to bypass the best captchas nowadays, eveything is done manually by micro workers.

I'm just guessing tho.
