Well, if admin has a rule for this, then it is okay to pay -per-topic.

The thing is that 20 freshers Instagram accounts have no impact, but if you can sell 1 with 5k+ followers than it would be a completely new level.

Yes you are right, but if I have account with this much of followers it would not be so cheap. Because followers for instagram are so expensive..

anyone can create an instagram account, why would people spend $5 to have an account with no followers? This is ridiculous.

Because some people need new account for instagram marketing. And you only can make maximum 10 account per one device android phone. This is another reason for people who buy instagram accounts.
