As the title says Please confirm with me before signing up whether or not the offer has been taken yet. Because if it has, and you don't check before sending me the FC with your ref, well now I have to give it back and even when I do you might have negative opinion of me as a result.

You must have positive rep to avail this offer, I won't deal with people in negatives. I see it as a red flag. Yes it is only 10 cents, but I just personally don't want to work with negative rep people as a rule overall. Nothing personal. Even if you have positive rep, if you seem shady I'll avoid work with you. I say this because I have dealt with some real bullies in the past on other forums and left them as a result. If you're rude I won't deal with you.
