i need a vps for a month just for learning ! any VPS available round about 50 FC cost /month ?

You won't get a VPS for that price. That is $0.50 per month or $6 a year. You would struggle to find a shared host near those prices.

As CyberFreak mentions, vpses just aren't viable at those prices. The cheapest we've ever done is http://lowendbox.com/blog/holderhost-fo ... -9-50year/ and we aren't planning on doing that sort of offer anytime soon. I would personally avoid seriously cheap annual vps offers because, as a provider, I know that they just don't work.

In order to provide VPSes at that price:
1. You would be using consumer, rather than server grade hardware which probably isn't ideal for virtualisation.
2. You couldn't offer IPv4 addresses, only IPv6 which is still a hassle to setup and configure.
3. You would have to fill the node with hundreds of VMs. The node would completely max out Disk I/O, probably even with SSD drives (which would add significantly to the cost). Your performance would be horrible.
4. You couldn't offer backups or any other "nice-to-haves".
5. You'd struggle to pay for your time or an outsourced support company to manage your node.

Number 3. is my main concern. We aren't prepared to offer a sub-par service.

I have 600 ForumCoin. And I want to have a 4096 RAM VPS. Can I pay the leftover using Bitcoin? How much you gonna charge (in Bitcoin) for 1500 ForumCoin?

Sure- we can do this. It would be $15 worth of BitCoin on the day you were willing to pay.

My apologies, I took your post as meaning 50FC$ every month. I had also recently had a similar question posed (about a very cheap VPS) so I took the time to answer in full. We could possibly have done this for a month as we do have some space on our nodes but glad you got something nonetheless.
