Apologies. However I do not always check these forums. If you could open a support ticket if any issues occur, then they can be solved much faster. I have unsuspended your account and extended the due date.

It is alright. I will open a suport ticket next time (I hope here is no need to..)

I've paid the due invoice and opened a ticket as well, I hope my account gets reactivated soon now.

Thank you :)
But I am still seeing this
You have 1 Overdue Invoice(s): To avoid service interruption, please pay your outstanding invoices as soon as possible. Pay Now » And did you see my other request? I requested to cancel one of the two packages and requested to add the remaining time to the other one, is it possible?

Marked it as paid. Generally I only glance at the cancellation notes every now and again to see how we can improve the service. I added the remaining three months to your active service.

Thanks,
Sam :)

I recently got a Linux VPS with 2GB RAM by Holderhost and so far I'm happy with it. Their VPS Packages are cheaper than most of the competitors and provide awesome Download and Upload speed.

Hmm.. Dont think I would be able to pay 100 ForumCoin next month for RocketForums. Dont worry, I will be back with 500 ForumCoin for the VPS! Anyway, if I bought the VPS plan, will my old account (RocketForums) be upgraded? Can I create a new account?

Well, with a VPS you are in control (it is unmanaged). You can install an open source control panel or run a LAMP/ LEMP stack. Then you would have to transfer your website over to your vps. :)

It's all on you. ;) You're in complete control. You get root access and SolusVM access. There is a little more work in maintaining your own server but it can be quite satisfying. Just take a look at some of the guides around. :D
