Are you looking to test their product knowledge of what you sell/your service (questions about upgrading at a later date or if something is a violation of the TOS etc) or their technical ability/knowledge by asking about compatibility of a script with the service for example? Or both?

Compatibility of different scripts would help our support techs get more knowledge about 3rd party software with our services, which is a plus. If you can think of some software, that would be helpful in a support ticket.
Questions about upgrading and questions of what we offer would help out as well!
