Sorry, it turns out the problem is from my end causing some registrar rejecting the nameserver. This has been fixed.
Please reconfigure your nameserver and the domain will start pointing to your cPanel account within 1-48 hours.

Hi yes it is still available and will always be available. I've running a side business as a web hosting provider since 2009.
Currently the bandwidth is 20GB per month; it will be upgraded later next year with bigger storage and bandwidth at the same price.
