No, there were two separate offers, one for just visiting pages and other for actions like commenting. You earned 10 FC for this second offer.

What service do you use to show the "Total Pageviews" stats at the bottom of your pages?

It is just a Google Blogger standard widget. I don't know how it counts but it differs from Google Analytics counting.
