The Max file size is too low.
I can't add any picture!

File size or image dimensions? Either should be easy to work around as I think you should be able to specify dimensions for your image and linking to a remote avatar (an image hosted elsewhere) can get around the file size restriction i believe.

I finally added my avatar I had to make it in photoshop from the image I wanted. it took some looking around photoshop but I found a automatic resize option in the help section
