I take every opportunity to find ways and squeeze in some form of exercise like walking to nearby places instead of taking a car or cab. I owe it to myself. Not every person has the time for some serious exercise so I make it a point to take advantage of whatever is available for me. Sitting in front of the computer for too long makes me feel guilty already.

I'm horrible about exercise and eating healthy. I'm actually trying to kick start my motivation to keep up an exercise program right now. I have just done 2 days of yoga and I'm planning to do another class tonight. I find it really hard to keep up a schedule before I work shift work so sometimes I really need to exercise during the day and I much prefer to exercise in the evenings.

I like to exercise but lately I had no time to do so. It is important to keep our bodies healthy and exercise is essential for that, not only to loose weight. People who only exercise to loose weight will have to do it for the rest of their life's because when they stop the body recovers all the pounds lost and even gains some extra pounds.
When I was at the gym I preferred the weight lifting exercises instead of cardio which was a mistake because cardio is essential to burn fat and the strength-training is important to substitute fat for muscles.

I also feel guilty when I eat the wrong foods or drinks considering that II need food really because of my thin physique. It will help us just to eat the right foods, not over-eating, and doing exercise just to "burn" the calories, in that way the guilt will also melt away.

I love exercising and when I take a break some time starting again becomes difficult because of laziness these days and I feel guilty then.

My form of exercising is walking, I walk every day several times a day. It may not be the best exercise for some, but for me it works. I don't go to a gym any more, so I am glad, that I have the option of talking walks, or I probably wouldn't get exercise.

Do something everyday. Get into a routine and it feels natural to do it everyday like brushing teeth or changing.

The only time I don't exercise is when I play a sport... :D

I used to exercise but now, I can't find the time. Despite that, I try to keep active by doing most of the chores. Plus, running around an active 20 month old is enough exercise! I do lots of squats and lifting and running the entire day

I try to exercise as often as possible and to eat as healthy as possible but I do have times where I just can't manage that and I also feel guilty. That's normal. We can't be perfect.

I like to exercise. Exercise can promote a healthier life. It can literally be a life saver. Exercise can be thought of as a doctor. There is nothing like getting your heart working more efficiently, getting your blood moving and that confident feeling of invincibility. Even walking can be done in a way that is considered to be exercise.

Exercise is a part of our life. It is more important on the way we live. Our routine makes us lethargic, tired, and exhausted. In order to keep us "alive", we need to exercise, that is, making our muscles, our heart "alive" in a simple routine of doing it.

We don't need to go to gym, to do exhaustive physical exertion. Simple exercise is more than enough like taking a brisk walking early in the morning, stretching inside the house or office, taking a couple of minutes to meditate, freeing ourselves from stupor thoughts and stress.

That's me right there! I could certainly do with a lot more exercise than I'm doing at the moment. I only rely mainly on walking and taking the stairs instead of the lift, but that doesn't really amount to much. I would like to up my game and get back in shape, because I do feel a tad out of shape. I'm easing myself into it slowly by starting with my eating habits.

I'm afraid you won't lose weight, then. You either have to exercise or eat less than you normally do.

I prefer to exercise (well, do a sport) because I enjoy it and want to just keep playing even though my body is telling me to go home. :D

I go to the gym twice a week for classes, Pilates on Tuesday, Yoga on Thursdays, I also practise inbetween at home. I want to get another day out of the gym to actually go in the gym and then for a swim, not been swimming in ages.

As long as you keep moving! Try to be active at least 3 times a week for at least 15 minutes.
