I walk every day , for me this is good, when I first started walking, I didn't go far, now I can walk a long ways. I have arthritis in my legs, so when I walk, my legs feel much better.
I walk every day but that's about it. I have to take my granddaughter to and from school and I always walk plus I never tke the car if I have to go somewhere that's within walking distance. Apart from that I don't exercise but my health is good for my age.
I haven't had time to excersice but we all know that everyone should exercise because it is good for our body and well-being. I should jog even on weekends to keep fit
Unfortunately, I don't. Before my son was born, I exercised almost daily. But now that I have an active toddler around, I am just so tired to do anything after I ran around the house/outside after him, carried him etc. I just want to lay down and sleep after everything.

Seriously, I do try to take a walk a few times a week and do some yard work when I can, but mostly I just sit in front of this computer making more money.

I don't exercise but I have a exercise bike that is kinda broke and does not have the calorie readout but I still could ride it. exercise is just painful sometimes so I might settle on jumping jacks and walking
Nowhere near what I need to do to stay fit! All I do is walk, but not as much as I used to, or enough for me to regard it as exercise. It's just ridiculous, really. I need to seriously get back into it, because if there's one thing I hate, it's being grossly out of shape. I can already feel my clothes feel a little snug around my waist LOL
I exercise around 5 times a week. It is good for your mind and body. I like to do different things to diversify. It keeps the body flexible, strong and agile.
