The end of summer is fast approaching and I like to end the summer by having one last BBQ with family and friends. What do you do to end the summer? summer always goes so fast now days for me.

I do exactly what you do, get together with friends and family and have a lovely bbq. We're blessed with warm weather about 9 months of the year, so we get a lot longer than most to enjoy our bbqs. As it happens, we're coming into our summer now. The winter's just coming to an end.

I don't really do anything. I have 3 kids to get ready for back to school. So I attempt to do that and make the house a little more organized.

End of summer is always bitter sweet. I remember back when I was a kid and the backyard BBQ's, the school shopping, the last road trips. Great times. Now it's just the end of the summer for the most part. Maybe there will be a get together, maybe not . . . but the daily grind continues on.

In India, Summer season is almost over and monsoon has started. But the problem with monsoon season is that after the rain stops. humidity levels go up and we sweat a lot. But the severe heat of summer is almost over. In summer electricity bills go up due to Air conditioners. Now we can save a little bit.

Still summer is going on in San Antanio-Texas-USA, still it is very very hot in day time due to sun rise. Still is sunshine is upto 8.00 PM in the evening. I think the summer will end by the end of August, we are enjoying the summer with airconditioners.

The major part of summer is over here, but it is warm in India, especially in the south almost till the beginning of November. Even then it is not cold here and it is a pleasant weather till February. So I am looking forward to the start of November. Right now, the humidity is a bit high, but the heat is bearable.

Summer is definitely not my favorite season of the year. I'm an Autumn girl.
I don't like the heat when it's excessive. Yes I do like sunny days, but sometimes the Summer days are just too hot. But I can't say it's my least favorite season.

I am tired of the hot weather and am looking forward to Fall as it is one of my favorite seasons. This weekend is my boyfriends last 3 day weekend of the summer. I am hoping we will go to the beach and have a bonfire or just one of those would be nice too.

I feel a little wistful because I love the light nights but I also love the autumn and we have that to come before the winter. I don't do anything to mark the end of summer because I know it will back again in no time! Every season has it's good and bad points.
