Well sometimes its so hard to control ourselves to keep control on our angers. What about you guys?

Or all of you control the anger or else no one controls
I usually can control my anger, but in certain situations it is difficult to control. In such cases count to twenty (mentally) and then reply. This is a good strategy to control anger!

I can control my anger but if i am really pissed off and if someone burst my bubbles I can turn berserk.
