I do follow rules almost but some times I have to skip the rules due to urgency or in unavoidable circumstances what to do on those times I skip the rules.

Hello think it depends largely on the type of rules we break for us we find a bad person I usually go where nicer than comply with the rules for example if I go to a place that I know the rules of this site are unsustainable to meet rather not goes than trying to meet insustentais rules to myself

That depends on the situation. What if the law is corrupted? In situations like those, I don't think go against the rules make you a bad person. However if you doesn't obey the rules that you should follow for safety of yourself and others, such as road rules, you are definitely a bad person.

Do you mean on this site? I am new here, and hope I am doing things right. In general yes I follow rules, such as work rules, other rules I have no control over.

For me it depens from time to time. I have respect when are the rules for personal safety or to have some properly order in our life but I don't like rules with purpose to keep people 'in line', for me that's destroying creativity and allow some kind of 'keeping control over other people'. I don't think that all the people who succeded in their life fallowed all rules, especiallly not in busisiness.
