I am looking for a refurbished or good used laptop that may be purchased via PayPal balance. Do you know of such that are available in the United States?

Amazon and Best Buy both sell refurbished electronics. Personally, I never buy refurbished or used electronics though because I don't trust that they're of high quality.

If they don't take PayPal, just transfer your PayPal balance to your bank account and pay with credit card. That way you earn credit card rewards and cash back to lower your out of pocket cost.
